The International Association of Coroners & Medical Examiners


The International Association of Coroners & Medical Examiners (IACME) has over 95 years of experience in the presentation of educational seminars for the purpose of assisting coroners, medical examiners, and other forensic specialists in the performance of their duties.

This commitment is enshrined in the Association’s mission statement, “Dedicated to the promotion of excellence in medicolegal death investigation through collaboration, education, and accreditation."

The IACME is dedicated to promoting a culture where every member's voice is valued and diverse perspectives are acknowledged and encouraged. The IACME promotes an inclusive atmosphere that embraces medicolegal death investigation professions for diverse backgrounds. We will actively promote, champion, and honor the varied voices within our community.
